Unfortunately, the majority of customers seem to have had a bad experience with this product. One customer received the item in an open package with a defective tool that wouldn't engrave. Another customer received a product with a mislabeled 220v 25w power rating and didn't have enough power to run the motor. A few customers also complained about the product not working at all. One customer even mentioned that the product does not work with North American plugs as it requires 220V.
