** TECHNICS Headshell for Turntable SL-1200 SFPCC31001K** The TECHNICS Headshell for the SL-1200 has garnered mixed feedback from users, primarily due to issues regarding the lead wires and the authenticity of the product. While some customers appreciate the robust build quality and value for money, others have faced significant challenges that detract from the overall experience. Many reviewers commend the headshell's solid Construction, stating that it effectively supports the cartridge and minimizes musical vibrations, thus contributing positively to the audio quality. Users found it easy to work with, appreciating its sturdy design that enhances their turntable setup. However, these positives are overshadowed by complaints regarding the headshell leads. Several customers reported that the leads come tightly crimped, making installation onto cartridge pins a frustrating task. This has led to instances of breakage, rendering the headshell unusable and compelling shoppers to purchase replacement leads separately. Concerns surrounding the authenticity of the product have also surfaced, with some users believing they received counterfeit items rather than true OEM components. This has led to a call for caution among potential buyers who may face similar issues. In summary, while the TECHNICS Headshell holds promise in terms of build quality and performance, potential buyers should be wary of lead issues and the possibility of counterfeit products. **
