Novation MIDI Controllers AMS-LAUNCHPAD-MINI-MK2 Editorial Review
Novation MK2 Launchpad Mini Compact USB Grid Controller for Ableton Live is an engaging introduction for aspiring music producers. This compact device comes with Ableton Live 9 Lite, allowing users to explore various functionalities even if it's not the full version. Many reviewers have noted the fun they experience while learning how to use it, although there is a learning curve involved. Users have highlighted that it works effectively with different software, including djay Pro Ai, providing an interactive way to trigger music loops and create musical arrangements. The Launchpad Mini is lightweight and portable, making it excellent for live performances, but it is important to remember it only supports four colors. This limited color range may be a drawback for some seeking a more vibrant display in their projects.
