Expression Pedal Converter Pedal Sustain Expander MPC-20

**** The customer experience with this product has been overwhelmingly negative, highlighting significant frustrations around both the usability and functionality of the device. Users have expressed discontent with the instructional materials, noting that the included booklet fails to provide essential software download links, instead forcing them to navigate through external sources to find what they need. This initial hurdle seems to set a tone for the subsequent user experience, leading to comments about a buggy software interface that is devoid of clear text, offering only a jumble of confusing select boxes populated by numbers. The MIDI functionality, a core aspect of the product, has also earned criticism. Users report that the device emits MIDI messages inaccurately, with duplicate messages complicating their performance. Attempts to configure the pedals to send messages over individual MIDI channels have proven fruitless for many, with reports of all pedals defaulting to a single channel regardless of numerous configuration attempts. Furthermore, customers encountered issues with the firmware update software, which is essential for optimising functionality; they found it unable to connect to the device at all. Overall, the product has been described as “cheap junk” that leads to significant headaches rather than enhancing the user’s music setup, prompting many to suggest that potential buyers invest in more reliable alternatives rather than dealing with Constant frustration. **
