The product has been particularly noted for its charm; one customer affectionately mentioned that it has become their dog’s favorite toy, a testament to its appeal and cuddly nature. However, there are issues regarding sizing that have been a recurring theme in customer feedback. While some customers had a delightful experience with the dimensions of their earlier orders, later purchases have led to disappointment, with some pillows being described as "tiny" or not meeting expectations. This inConsistency in sizing appears to be frustrating for customers who expect reliability with their orders, especially after previous positive experiences. In some cases, customers felt that they had no recourse for issues with wrong sizes, leading to dissatisfaction. Overall, these personalized pillows make for a delightful gift option and can bring joy to pet owners and their furry friends, but potential buyers should be cautious about the sizing to ensure their expectations are met. **
