Hess Trucks 729071020051 Editorial Review
In a recent review, customers praised the durability and longevity of the product, with one mentioning that their Hess fire truck has held up well despite being roughly handled by their toddlers. They appreciated the product's pristine condition and efficient operation upon delivery. However, a common complaint was about the lack of batteries included, leading to disappointment for some children who couldn't immediately enjoy the lights and sounds. Another issue raised was receiving a vehicle with a corroded battery that rendered the lights inoperable. Although the product was well packaged, the absence of functional batteries and instances of battery corrosion dampened the experience for some customers. Overall, the feedback highlighted the Hess fire truck's sturdy build and the excitement it brought to children, but the recurring battery-related issues were a notable downside.
